sage is alive is an emogaze band from Charlottesville, Virginia.

Built from equal parts noise, distortion, and vulnerability, the project drifts between shoegaze atmospherics, post-hardcore intensity, and emo confession. Formed by guitarist/vocalists Isabel Xiao and Tucker Ferrell, the band creates songs that feel less like stories and more like memories—blurred around the edges, loud enough to swallow a room, and impossible to hold onto for long.
